These terms cover your purchase and use of apps sold on this site by Nolvyn Studios, a product name of Vondant, LLC ("we", "us").
Orders
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's checkout buyer terms apply to your order. Prices exclude tax unless shown otherwise; Paddle adds the tax that applies where you live.
License
A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased app on the Macs you own or control. The license key is yours alone; do not share or publish it. If a key is shared with others or published, we may cancel it, and you are not entitled to a refund for it, to the extent the law allows.
Trial
Apps may offer a free trial. When it ends, the app asks for a license; it does not delete your data.
Revocation
We may revoke a license key when its purchase is refunded or charged back, or when the key is shared or published. A revoked key stops working.
No warranty
The apps are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
