Refund policy

If you are not happy with SonicTap, you can have a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

To request one, use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or write to support@vondant.com with the email address you used to buy. Paddle.com, our merchant of record, processes the refund to your original payment method.

After 14 days we review requests individually and may refund at our discretion, for example when the app does not work on your Mac.

Refunds do not apply to license keys that have been shared or published.

When a purchase is refunded, its license key is revoked and the app returns to the trial state or, if the trial has ended, to the unlicensed state.
